Afterword

You know I have to admit, I fall perfectly into the research results that we arrived at.  I am a Rowan Student who is perfectly willing to admit that I am not the most nutritional eater, but I think I eat much more nutritionally than most of the other students on campus.  Also when I am home I eat much healthier meals than when I am on campus.  Which again fits with the research.  Still a big part of that is that when I'm on campus I have to eat on campus.  There are not too many options on campus when I want to eat.  There's the cafe, which admittedly sucks.  I avoid it when I am on campus.  The only other options really are sandwiches, which gets old after a while, or going to the market basket and buying stuff to cook.  All of which is the most unhealthy stuff you could buy might I add.  Part of it ofcourse is that I do not really like making my own food and really don't have the time.  That seemed to be one of the biggest complaints of all the people we interviewed actually.  They don't have time to make their own food, or to drive off campus to buy healthy food.  So, they do what I do.  Make do.  It's actually kind of sad that Rowan does not take the nutritional health of their students seriously.  They tout their "great food" but although some of its good, not much of it is healthy.  I wish that Rowan would take it more seriously.
